If you have technical time and want full control, choose n8n or Make. If you prefer self-service, choose ManyChat. If you want someone to set up your customer service and hand the cases that need a person to your team, choose OtraVenta. Buffer is for publishing content, not for answering chats.

When an official source does not confirm something, we mark it "Not confirmed" instead of guessing. We are an interested party, because OtraVenta is one of the options, so we show our sources and also when OtraVenta is not the best fit.

OtraVenta is a service focused on businesses in Peru, with support in Spanish. This page is the English version of the Spanish comparison, and the linked OtraVenta pages are in Spanish.

What the official APIs allow on each channel

Each platform's rules apply to every tool: none of them can skip them. OtraVenta connects WhatsApp and Instagram through the official Meta APIs, via an authorized provider.

• WhatsApp. Meta charges for each delivered template message, based on its category and the recipient country. Messages that are not templates are not charged inside an open customer service window. Meta announced pricing updates from October 1, 2026, so always check the current rate card. Source: Meta: WhatsApp Business Platform pricing.
• Instagram. You can only message a person after they message you first. You have 24 hours to reply, and a human agent tag allows replies outside that window. Source: Meta: Instagram messaging API.
• TikTok. Connecting depends on your TikTok Business account being eligible. OtraVenta confirms this with you before committing the channel and does not assume every account is supported. ManyChat, for example, offers its integration in Open Beta, for business accounts only and not in the EU, the UK or the US. Source: ManyChat: TikTok integration announcement (Open Beta).

Who each one suits and its limits

How to choose

• You want to build it yourself: n8n or Make give you the pieces to assemble the logic, the AI and the handoff your way. They take technical time to build and maintain.
• You prefer to set it up on your own: ManyChat is a self-service tool for message flows. AI and Meta's WhatsApp charges add to the cost.
• You prefer to have it set up for you: with OtraVenta we define with you what to answer and what to hand over, we connect the channel, and you adjust the answers with Ventu in the app. The details are on the Solutions page (in Spanish).
• You only need to publish content: Buffer schedules and publishes on your social networks. It does not handle conversations.

OtraVenta prices are in Peruvian soles, with IGV (VAT) included, from S/329 per month. Each plan covers one connector: one WhatsApp number, one Instagram account or one TikTok account. If you connect WhatsApp and Instagram, that is two plans. Meta's WhatsApp charges are paid separately. See the plans and their prices (in Spanish).

When OtraVenta is not the best fit

• If you want to build and maintain your own workflows or custom integrations, n8n or Make suit you better.
• If you prefer to configure everything yourself and a self-service plan is enough, ManyChat may be all you need.
• If you only need to schedule and publish content, Buffer is the right category.
• If your TikTok account is not eligible, we cannot connect it. We confirm this with you before committing the channel.
• If you need channels other than WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok, we do not cover them today.
• If your business is outside Peru or you need support in a language other than Spanish, the service is not built for that today.
